“We found an opportunity to serve the industry in Valle del Cauca where many companies required Falk brand spare parts. Not being able to obtain them, the companies ended up importing them or having them made locally, which besides being costly, was time-consuming. This situation prompted us to build a company that would provide a solution to this problem efficiently,” stated Caproín S.A. co-founder Humberto Sánchez.
Over its 40 years, the company has focused on staying at the forefront of the sector. In fact, its corporate mission states that Caproín S.A. seeks to have high-level technology and keep its knowledge updated in the field of engineering, with the purpose of providing a service that meets the needs of its clients. “We strive to be and always project an image of honesty, seriousness, responsibility, and reliability,” reads the company’s mission.
It is this trust and excellence that has led the company to be recognized nationally, with offices in cities such as Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, and Barranquilla, covering the Pacific, Caribbean Coast, Coffee Region, and Central-Eastern Colombia; providing specialized technical assistance in magnetic separation, metal detection, material handling and processing, and mechanical power transmission.

The engineer and co-founder, Humberto Sánchez, spoke about the company’s future: “We continue to work on expanding our services to growing regions such as Santander, Norte de Santander, Quindío, Caldas, Risaralda, Huila, and Tolima, where we see great market potential.”
